Last updated: 2026. Welcome to The Irish Classroom. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and all related features. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

The Irish Classroom provides English language instruction through online and in-person classes. We offer various class types including General English, Professional Business English, Interview Preparation, Cambridge Exam Preparation, and specialized classes for actors and performers.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are made through our website or by WhatsApp. Payment is due at the beginning of each month via Bizum, Revolut, or cash (for in-person classes). We accept the following payment methods as specified on our pricing page.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Students must provide at least 3 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a class. Cancellations made with less notice may result in the class being charged. Rescheduling is available based on instructor availability.

4. Hour Packs

Hour packs have expiration dates and must be used within the specified timeframe:

• Pack of 20 hours: Valid for 2 months from date of purchase
• Pack of 30 hours: Valid for 3 months from date of purchase

Unused hours expire after the validity period and cannot be refunded or transferred.

5. Trial Classes

New students are entitled to a free 30-minute trial class. This includes a level assessment and discussion of learning goals. The trial class is non-refundable and is designed to help both parties determine fit.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including lesson materials, is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without written permission from The Irish Classroom.

7. Student Conduct

Students agree to:

• Conduct themselves respectfully during classes
• Provide required notice for cancellations and rescheduling
• Pay all fees as agreed
• Not record classes without permission
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

8. Instructor Rights

The Irish Classroom reserves the right to:

• Refuse service to any student who violates these Terms
• Modify pricing and services with reasonable notice
• Reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances
• Terminate services if fees remain unpaid

9. Limitation of Liability

The Irish Classroom is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for services in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold The Irish Classroom harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved according to Spanish law and jurisdiction.
